Smile Supernews, problema.
Bueno, ahora si necesito ayuda.

Me baje lo que me dijo viejo, lo subi, lo instale pero no se como hacer para que aparezcan en mi web. Tengo que poner algun codigo?

si tenes que poner un cod (PHP) que generalmente te viene en un ejemplo, yo te recomiendo que uses el CuteNews es muy facil y para sacar le tenes q borrar una linea larga xD en binario...
Sino manda un Iframe pero es muy trucho xD

Puse el cuteNews pero las noticias quedan arriba del diseño :S, quiero que queden en el lugar especifico que diseñe para que ahi vayan las noticias...

Ya lo solucione, pero los comments me rompen el diseño:

son mas de uno los errores que cometes. El principal es q usas un div flotante cuando la web esta echa en una tabla... Pone imagen de fondo en la celda del centro y en ves de div pones el texto hay. Despues usa un scroll como dice midas.

Los scrolles se pueden poner de distintas formas las mas comunes es en un div, td o iframe.

como dice midas creo q esta bien pero se los digo mas sencillo:
